Turkish Technical Support Specialists within European Technical Helpcentre Location: Greenock Salary: Ј15,000 per annum Full relocation provided!
Suitable candidates will have a full UK Work Permit or be an EU Passport holder!
Our client`s key centre for European Service and Support is based in Greenock, Scotland. Their Award Winning multilingual Technical Support Helpcentre provides support for both Customers and Business Partners in 12 Languages, through the expertise and professionalism of a truly multinational team.
The aim is to provide 100% total customer satisfaction, by giving technical eSupport via phone, fax and email. Creating and maintaining call histories, you`ll be expected to take total ownership of your customer`s problem whilst contributing to the overall team goals and objectives.
We ask that you bring an interest in technical Support, with hardware and software PC skills together with fluency in English, and Turkish.
